David Dawe is the founder, owner and Broker In Charge of The Pathway Group, LLC. David is a multiple state licensed broker based out of Cabarrus County, NC. Though originally from Canada, David calls Kannapolis, Cabarrus County home today. He is a real estate specialist and state licensed real estate educator. David has taught all over the globe in multiple countries and is highly sought after for his expertise and interactive classes. With a lengthy performance background coupled with his real estate education and experience, David’s classes are a must for the development of any agent. His passion and drive also make him the perfect agent for representing a client.
